RMA Policy
Selacorp will settle any malfunctioning items under warranty immediately if the RMA is not offered by the manufactured directly. Please follow the procedures carefully to avoid delays.
RMA Procedures
If you have malfunctioning items purchased from us, please email us immediately. You will have to ship it to us using original packaging. You must pay shipping charges for all shipments from you to Selacorp. Ship using the carrier of your choice. Please use a method with ability to trace shipment. Selacorp is not responsible for shipments for which the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery.
Selacorp will pay for shipment of repaired/replacement products from Selacorp to you only if you purchased the product under CIF parity. You must pay all applicable duties and customs charges for shipments to and from Selacorp.
Selacorp is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment. We suggest that you purchase freight insurance on your shipments.
You are responsible for saving or backing up data contained in any product returned to Selacorp. Selacorp will have no responsibility for such data and will have no liability arising out of any damage to or loss of such data while the products is in our possession.
Your original item might not be returned to you. Replacement products might be factory-repaired units. All data and software on your data carriers will be lost, replacement data carriers will arrive blank. Any required data recovery service must be completed BEFORE shipping the products to Selacorp for replacement.

Please check the original agreement during the purchase or the invoice to see if the warranty if directly available from the manufacturer. If this is the case please make use of the links on the left side to check warranty status and generate online RMA request.
